In the context of 2 Pelham Town Square, change can be effected on item/object approved configuration, data and documents, i.e.:

• The alteration or modification to an item such that its current defined configuration, and thus associated functional and physical characteristics, are permanently changed - this action will result in the identification of a new item or item version and/or
• The changing of item descriptive data, or the contents of a document for the purpose of correction - this action will result in the creation of a revision change of the document and/or item's baseline.

Formal change and the recording thereof is only implemented on approved items and documents.
